Delivery of Digital Products
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product or access details will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout.

Most orders are delivered immediately. However, please allow up to 2 hours for your purchase confirmation and access details to arrive.

Appointment-Based Services
Some of our offerings, including strategy sessions, are appointment-based rather than delivered instantly. For these purchases:
